At Prim 'n Purdy Inc our products are handmade*handpoured in small quantities to ensure freshness and quality. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of your handmade*handpoured items. During busy holiday seasons, please understand that some orders may require more time.

Our One of a Kind (OOAK) items are already made and will ship the next day.  Most OOAK will have a link to an eBay/etsy listing simply because this is the easiest, most affordable way to list this particular item.

Orders will not ship until your payment has been received. In the case of a personal check, your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared our bank. Any check returned will incur a $36.00 bank fee.

Prim 'n Purdy Inc will not be held responsible for any misuse of our products including bath and body, candles, raggedies or teddies. We will not be held responsible for any reaction or injury resulting from the use of our products. If a reaction to our bath and body products occur, seek medical help immediately.

All products marked "exclusive" are personally made by Prim 'n Purdy Inc. They are Handmade*Handcrafted products and some are even one of a kind items. Some items such as gift basket items, etc are purchased in bulk and therefore, no guarantees are made pertaining to handcrafted. Thank you for understanding this.

Shipping
All orders that are $75.00 or more prior to the shipping/tax charge will be shipped FREE. Orders are shipped either by USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or FedEx. Overnight shipping is available but the customer will be responsible for actual costs above the standard ship charge. All orders will receive a delivery confirmation number when your order has been shipped. Please Note: All Room Sprays, Refresher Oils and Body Mist Sprays will ship with UPS or FedEx.

Sales Tax
Sales tax of 7.0% will be added to any order shipped to Illinois.

Secret Pal Friendly
Are you involved with a Secret Pal / Secret Sister / Secret Santa program? We will gladly ship your package to your Secret Pal for you! Just put her name and address in the "Ship To" section on the order page and make a note of it in our Comments section of the shopping cart. An invoice will NOT be included, but a Free Gift Card (with your message) will be included at no additional charge.
